Hours are fair-use caps, not metered billing — you never get a surprise invoice.
- What counts toward the monthly limit?
- Recorded time, measured when a recording finishes. Deleting a recording doesn't give the minutes back. The counter resets on the first of each month.
- What happens when I hit the limit?
- You can't start a new recording until the month resets or you upgrade. A recording already in progress finishes normally, and nothing you've recorded is affected.
- How long are recordings kept?
- Free keeps 7 days, Pro keeps 1 year, Business keeps 5 years. If you downgrade, you have 7 days before the shorter window applies.
- Is tax included?
- Prices are in USD before tax. Sales tax or GST is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime from the billing page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for. See the terms for the refund policy.
